Audited by design, out of PCI scope
Card numbers flow directly to the payment network and never touch FloatPay servers. Two-factor authentication, encrypted keys at rest, and an append-only audit log on every sensitive action.

In their words
Merchants run on FloatPay
Independent businesses that moved off a legacy gateway and stopped calling support to issue a refund.
We switched from a legacy gateway and the difference is night and day. My baristas can look up a charge in seconds, and refunds no longer mean calling support.
The sandbox twin is the feature nobody else has. We rebuilt our checkout against test mode over a weekend and flipped to live on Monday. Zero surprises.
As the outside accountant I get Analyst access: every report I need, no way for me to touch money. That is exactly how it should work everywhere.
Which cards can I accept?
All major card brands, online. ACH and in-person options are on the roadmap.
Do you store card numbers?
No. Card data flows directly to the payment network over encrypted rails; FloatPay never stores card numbers, which is also what keeps your PCI scope small.
How fast do I get approved?
Applications are reviewed by hand, usually within one business day. You will hear from a person, not a scoring model.
Can I negotiate pricing?
Yes. Public default rates apply from day one; custom pricing is available as your volume grows.
Can my accountant get read-only access?
Yes — invite them as Analyst or View-only. They see every report and no refund buttons.
